One Person, One Account

Each user may only open one Account. If the same person is found using multiple Accounts (from the same device, IP address, or identity), all associated Accounts and their balances will be terminated.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account. The account holder is liable for all activity carried out through the account.

9Account Termination & Suspension

Tk444app reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Failure to pass age verification
• Extended inactivity (12 months)
• At the user's own request

Users will be given 7 days' notice before account termination (except in cases of terms violations). A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 may be deducted from inactive accounts.

Closing your Account voluntarily

You may request to close your Account at any time. Once our support team is notified, the Account will be closed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the closure is processed.

10Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Tk444app is not responsible for:

• Game losses due to internet disconnection
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)

Dispute Resolution Process

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through our support team, it will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.
